The Fulton Economic Development Corporation, located in Rochester, Indiana seeks a motivated individual for the position of Executive Director. Located in north central Indiana, Fulton County (pop. 22,000) is a rural area 50 minutes from metropolitan areas to the north and south. The community possesses an employment base anchored by manufacturing with emerging biomedical and technology businesses.

The ideal candidate will have experience with small business and entrepreneurial development programs, workforce development initiatives, economic development marketing programs, and fundamental activities of land development projects. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are a necessity. A proven ability to work with units of local and state government is preferred. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in public administration, economics, business administration, or a related field is expected. Salary and benefits are dependent on qualifications and experience.
