With ten years experience in running a local business and developing properties in the area, Terry Lee’s expertise lies in working with people and getting things done.

During his time in Fulton County, Lee has been active on many external boards and councils, including Rochester Downtown Action Committee, Nickel Plate Trail Board, Fulton County Redevelopment Commission, Junior Achievement, Rochester and Lake Manitou Chamber of Commerce board member and President, Rotary Club member and President, New Tech High School Exploratory Team, Ivy Tech Workforce Education and Development Advisory Board and FEDCO Board Member and President.

Lee is a native of North Carolina and graduated from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Economics.  After working in the insurance business in Raleigh and then the Orlando, Florida area for nearly 12 years, he moved to Rochester to make this his home.  He enjoys outdoor recreation of all varieties and enjoys visiting microbreweries and major league baseball parks. He is married to Rochester native Lisa Hoff, without whom he’d probably still be a disgruntled insurance executive. They have one child, Victoria.
